The Willow School's application process now starts with New Orleans Public Schools’ NCAP (formerly known as OneAPP). You must first complete OneAPP and then move to Willow's Supplemental Admissions Form – the link will be provided through OneAPP when that application is complete. Please complete the Tulane Affiliation Verification Form and send it to The Office of Human Resources Records for verification. A signed copy of the Tulane Affiliation Verification Form must be submitted to Willow with a copy of a valid Tulane I.D. and the most recent Payroll Deposit Advice (paystub), to have Tulane Affiliate status applied to your child’s Willow application.
The application process for the 2022-23 school year begins November 1, 2021. Both the OneAPP and the Willow Supplemental Admissions Form must be completed online with all supporting documentation submitted by that deadline for the child to be scheduled for testing. The deadline to submit an application is January 21, 2022.
