How to Review Your Benefits

All Tulane staff with WaveWorks Employee Self-Service access can use Benefits in WaveWorks to view current benefit elections, report life events, and enroll in benefits when eligible during Open Enrollment or new hire onboarding.

Reviewing Your Benefits

  1. From the WaveWorks homepage, select Me, then choose the Benefits icon.
  2. Review your Enrollment Summary to see your current benefit elections.
  3. During Open Enrollment or new hire onboarding, complete Self-Service Enrollment and any associated tasks.
  4. Review your selections and select Submit when finished.

Adding a Qualifying Life Event (QLE)

Use WaveWorks to report Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) and manage your benefit enrollments, including health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and other plans.

  1. From the WaveWorks homepage, select Me, then choose the Benefits icon.
  2. Locate the Quick Actions menu and select Report a Life Event to report your life event and submit supporting documentation.
  3. Click + Add a Life Event.
  4. Fill in the required fields, add a comment if necessary, then click Save. The Benefits team will be alerted to review your documentation.
  5. You will see the recently added life event in the Life Events list.
