Kelly Bankston

Kelly Bankston has over 10 years of Human Resources experience with Talent Acquisition as her area of expertise.  She has an extensive background in recruiting, onboarding, recruitment marketing and advertising strategy and campaign development, employer branding, and application systems implementations.  Coming from the healthcare industry, she is also experienced in marketing, community relations, special event planning, grant writing and philanthropy. 

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Kelly oversees the hiring process of students, faculty and staff for the University and partners with departments to provide recruitment strategy planning and execution for hard-to-fill positions.

Kelly is proud to be a Tulane graduate and has three generations of Tulane alumni in her family. She is a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) certified professional and a member of the national SHRM organization.
