Ruth Riley

Ruth Riley joined Tulane University in 2008 and has served in multiple leadership roles within the Office of Human Resources. She currently serves as Associate Vice President of Human Resources, bringing extensive experience from both the telecommunications and higher education sectors. In her role, she provides strategic oversight of Equal Opportunity and Resolution Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Benefits, and Workplace Accessibility and Accommodations.

Ruth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management and is fluent in Spanish.

Ruth is dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. She believes that strong relationships built on respect and accountability create the foundation for a productive and forward-thinking organization.
