Biography

Maria joined the HR team in 2012. As Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources, she manages the department’s administrative operations and collaborates closely with the HR leadership team to support the success of key initiatives. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and an Associate's degree in Human Resource Development from Tulane University.

Maria is a member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Outside of work, Maria serves in leadership roles for several philanthropic organizations, enjoys spending time outdoors, and plays competitive volleyball.
