Learning and Organizational Development’s purpose is to build a foundation for a learning culture to recruit, develop and retain knowledgeable employees to support university objectives.

The first step in building a learning culture is to identify opportunities where employees can develop skills and knowledge. This includes a review of current learning programs and the development of new programs that better align with your needs.  Your collaboration is essential to ensure that learning programs develop you.

We will be hosting several learning needs assessment sessions that are convenient to all Tulane campuses.  Please register for a session.
