Flu Shots Available this Week on Campus for Faculty and Staff

Free flu shots are available this week for faculty and staff at various campus locations.

Flu vaccines are a covered benefits with no out of pocket expenses to employees who participate in the following health plans:

• United HealthCare (Employee benefits plan only not student insurance)
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Cigna
• Humana (No Humana Ochsner HMO)

Note that Passport Health cannot accept Medicare or Medicare Supplement Plans as they are not a Medicare provider.  Also, Passport Health cannot accept Tricare, Aetna or Web TPA.

Please select the location nearest to you and schedule your flu shot today! Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your driver's license, medical insurance card, and consent form!
