Tiffany Smith

Although originally from Orlando, Florida, Tiffany Smith has called New Orleans “home” for many years. Tiffany is the Director of the Equal Opportunity and Resolution Management Team within Tulane’s Office of Human Resources.

Prior to joining the Tulane community, Tiffany spent ten years working in the legal community as a law clerk in state court, attorney advisor for the Social Security Administration, and as a defense attorney in New Orleans.  As an attorney, her practice primarily focused on labor and employment law and other insurance defense issues. Tiffany earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and being active in the New Orleans community by serving on several boards and organizations.
