Timekeeping Guidance for Cristobal

Please use the following pay guidelines for non-exempt employees during Cristobal beginning 12:00 a.m. Sunday, June, 7, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2020. 

  • Essential personnel required to work on site will be paid the premium. 
    • Employees should have clocked in/out using Kronos.
    • Timekeeper to provide your HR business partner with employee’s name and TUID.
       
  • Non-essential personnel able to work remotely will be paid at their regular rate. 
    • Employees should have clocked in/out using Kronos.
       
  • Non-essential personnel unable to work remotely will be paid their regular rate for hours normally scheduled. 
    • Timekeeper to provide your HR business partner with employee’s name and TUID.
