Professional and Career Development Learning Resources
These new online, self-paced learning tracks will help you to meet your professional development goals. Choose content based on your Development Journey self-assessment results or unit needs. Each learning track contains LinkedIn Learning content and relevant university resources. Use the level document to track your progress and share with your supervisor.
The learning tracks are organized based on the Michigan Expectations Model. The Tulane Expectations Model includes four domains, each with a set of three expectations. There are two to three levels for each topic area:
Level 1: Awareness Level 2: Skill building Level 3: Specialized skill building
