The Spring Student Job Fair takes place Friday, Jan. 23, from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. in the LBC, connecting students with part-time employment opportunities. 

Annual performance reviews are due by Friday, Feb. 27—please complete and submit all required materials by the deadline.

In anticipation of the end to the spring semester, please take a moment to review the 2020-2021 Summer Student Hiring Guidelines for information and resources regarding the end of student employment for the academic year and summer student hiring.

Important Dates

  • Last day to earn federal work study: Thursday, May 6
  • First summer pay period start: Friday, May 7
  • Last spring payday: Friday, May 14
  • Last day of employment for graduating international students: Saturday, May 22
  • Last day of employment for May graduating students: Thursday, June 17

Student Supervisor Refresher Trainings:  How to Hire and Supervise Student Employees  

Biweekly refresher trainings will be held via Zoom every other Wednesday from 9:30 am -10:30 am starting May 12 through September 1.  Email SEHR@tulane.edu to register. This training is open to anyone who hires or manages students.
