Stop by the Kendall Cram & Qatar Ballrooms on the 2nd floor of the Lavin-Bernick Center (LBC) anytime from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to check out this exciting in-person event.

  • Connect with Experts: Engage with representatives from different departments to learn more about their offerings. All of the amazing vendors will be available to provide insights and answer your questions! A list of 2026 vendors will be posted here once finalized.

What is the Employee Resource Fair?

Formerly the Employee Appreciation Showcase, the Employee Resource Fair is a fair-style event where both external and internal vendors will share information about various programs, services, and resources available to all staff and faculty.

Who can attend the Employee Resource Fair?

The showcase is open to all Tulane staff and faculty.

Do I need to register to attend the fair?

No registration is required. You can drop by the event at any time during the scheduled hours.

What types of vendors will be at the fair?

The event will feature internal vendors from various departments and programs within Tulane, providing information on professional development, wellness, academic programs, tech resources, and more.

How do I find out which departments will be represented?

A list of participating vendors and departments will be available at the entrance of the fair and will also be found above once vendors have been confirmed.

Can I bring a colleague with me?

Yes, feel free to invite your colleagues to join you at the fair.

Are there any activities or giveaways?

Many vendors will have interactive booths, activities, and giveaways. Make sure to visit each booth to see what’s offered!

What should I bring as a vendor?

Vendors are encouraged to bring informational materials, promotional items, and any other resources that help showcase your department or program. Power and display setups may be available upon request.

Will there be food or refreshments available?

Yes, light refreshments will be provided during the showcase.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, there are elevators to get to the 2nd floor of the LBC, and both of the Ballrooms have open floor plans.

Is there transportation?

Transportation options are available to the Employee Resource Fair at the LBC. Employees can catch a shuttle to and from the event. Click here to review the shuttle schedule.

How long should I plan to spend at the event?

Depending on your interest and schedule, you could spend anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour exploring the booths and participating in activities. 

Will information from the fair be available online afterward?

Yes, key information and resources shared at the event will be posted online for those who could not attend.
