Sydney Cone: Job Accommodations Specialist

Sydney Cone is the Job Accommodations Specialist for Tulane University’s Office for Campus Accessibility. She works with faculty and staff to discuss, investigate, and secure reasonable job accommodations at work. Pursuant to the ADA, Sydney facilitates the interactive process to ensure that employees with disabilities can perform the essential functions of their jobs. Sydney received her B.A. from Haverford College and J.D. from Tulane University Law School. Prior to returning to Tulane, Sydney worked as an attorney in the labor and employment department of a law firm.

Samone Collins: Digital Accessibility Coordinator

Samone Collins (She/Her) serves as the Office of Campus Accessibility's Digital Accessibility Coordinator. She has over eight years of front-end web development experience, demonstrating a deep commitment to building accessible and user-centered digital experiences and advocating for inclusivity within digital spaces. Samone holds a CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) certification and is an active member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). Throughout her career, Samone has been a steadfast advocate for digital accessibility, working to bridge the gap between promoting the leading-edge capabilities of technology and highlighting the importance of meeting the diverse needs of all users. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and government entities to enhance the usability of their digital platforms and ensure equitable access for all individuals, regardless of ability.
