Actions to Take to Save on Your 2019 HRA Deductible Incentive
Great news! The free Biometric Screenings offered October 11-17, 2018 at the upcoming Wellness and Benefits Fair will be counted towards completing your free preventative care exam for your HRA Deductible Incentive in 2019. Please see below for additional steps you must complete to qualify before October 31, 2018:
To qualify for the HRA Incentive in 2019, you must complete all three steps before October 31, 2018:
- Complete your free preventive care exam with your medical provider, or our Tulane Living Well Clinic. The free Biometric Screenings offered October 11-17, 2018 at the upcoming Wellness and Benefits Fair will also be counted towards your preventative care visit action for the 2019 HRA Incentive.
- Complete the online health assessment (Rally Health Survey) available through Rally online.
- Complete three Rally missions.
Note: Rally missions take up to 6 weeks to complete. Enroll in missions no later than September 19, to ensure completion by October 31, 2018. Employees can register and track their progress by logging on to Rally online.
If all three of the following actions are completed, Tulane will contribute $500 toward your $1,500 deductible if you have individual coverage or $1,000 to your $3,000 deductible if you have family coverage (includes Employee + Spouse and Employee + Children tiers). The HRA funding will pay first then you pay the remaining portion of the deductible. For detailed information and guidance, visit the HRA Incentive webpage.
