Green Wave Buddy Program

We need you!

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to offer training for the pilot Green Wave Buddy Program. This program is open to employees who are interested in helping new staff members navigate the uncharted waters of our organizational culture, the city of New Orleans, and the Tulane way!   

The ideal Buddy is a friendly and experienced employee who is willing to share their understanding of Tulane's culture and give a warm Tulane welcome.  The Buddy will meet with the New Hire as they agree upon over a six-month period.

If you or someone you know is interested in this opportunity, please complete the following forms.

Selected individuals will need to attend a 1-hour training on one of the following dates:

Uptown
Tuesday, May 22, 2:00-3:00 pm
Lavin-Bernick Center, Room 202, Rechler Conference Room

Downtown
Wednesday, May 23, 1:30-2:30 pm
Tidewater Building, Room 105
