Open Enrollment Begins This Monday

Open Enrollment is the time of the year for every benefits-eligible employee to review benefits elections and make changes. Eligible employees will have the opportunity to enroll in benefits (if not already enrolled), make changes, and make updates to their personal information. This year’s Open Enrollment period will be from October 12, 2020 – October 30, 2020. All benefits elections and/or changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2021.

We are excited to announce a new special partnership with Tulane University Medical Group (TUMG). TUMG physicians will now be part of our network of providers and employees who utilize these providers will receive a reduction in copays, depending on the plan they’re enrolled in. Please take some time to visit our open enrollment page, review your benefits options in the 2021 Open Enrollment Guide, or attend a virtual informational session where you can have questions answered by our benefits team and representatives from the attending benefits vendors. The Benefits team will also be offering 1:1 enrollment assistance during the Open Enrollment period as well. You can register for these sessions here.

This year’s open enrollment period is passive, meaning if you do not make any changes during this time, you will remain in same benefits you are enrolled in with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and the Health Savings Account (HSA). You must re-enroll each plan year for both FSA/HSA plans.

How to Enroll

Login to employee self-service between 12:00 AM October 12, 2020 and 11:59 PM October 30, 2020 and make your elections. For detailed instructions, click here.
Note: Benefit elections and changes cannot be made outside of the Open Enrollment period unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE).
