Rally Health and HRA Incentive for 2019
As a reminder, time is flying by and the October 31, 2018 deadline to receive the HRA Incentive for 2019 is fast approaching! Employees participating in the HRA plan have an opportunity to reduce their annual deductible. In previous years, we've only required two actions but beginning in 2018 there will be an additional action needed in order to qualify for the reduced deductible in 2019.
These are the 3 steps to complete to qualify for the HRA incentive for 2019:
- Schedule and complete your free preventive care exam.
- Complete the online Health Assessment (Rally Health Survey).
- Additional Action - Complete 3 Rally missions available through the United Healthcare website.
Note: Missions usually last around 3 months, therefore you want to be enrolled in missions no later than August 1. Please make sure you have completed all 3 steps outlined above by October 31, 2018.
