View Open Enrollment Virtual Information Session
If you missed one of the recent virtual information sessions, you can now view a recordered version to learn more about your benefits and actions you can take during Tulane’s Open Enrollment period now through Friday, October 30, 2020. The benefits team will also be offering one-on-one enrollment assistance as well. You can register for these sessions here.
As a reminder, eligible employees have the opportunity to enroll in benefits if not already enrolled, to make changes, and make updates to their personal information during this year’s Open Enrollment period which began on October 12, 2020 and will end on October 30, 2020. All benefits elections and/or changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2021.
TUMG physicians will now be a part of our network of providers and employees who utilize these providers will receive a reduction in copays, depending on the plan they’re enrolled in. Please take some time to visit our Open Enrollment page and review your benefits options in the 2021 Open Enrollment Guide.
This year’s open enrollment period is passive, meaning if you do not make any changes during this time, you will remain in same benefits you are enrolled in with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and the Health Savings Account (HSA). You must re-enroll each plan year for both FSA/HSA plans.
How to Enroll?
Login to employee self-service between 12:00 AM October 12, 2020 and 11:59 PM October 30, 2020 and make your elections. View detailed instructions.
Please note that benefit elections and changes cannot be made outside of the Open Enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event.
