Human Resources is looking for friendly and experienced Tulanians to join the Green Wave Buddy program. This program is open to employees who are interested in helping new staff members get to know our organizational culture, the city of New Orleans, and the Tulane way!   

The ideal Buddy is an employee who is willing to share their understanding of Tulane's culture and give a warm Tulane welcome.  The Buddy will meet with the New Hire as they agree upon over a three-month period.
