Join us for today's topic, "Mindful Meditation."  In our busy, "automatic pilot" lives, we may find that we crave opportunities to be mindful.  During this one-hour seminar, you will examine the focus of mindful meditation, explore it's benefits, and have an opportunity to experience it.
