Manager Self-Service (MSS) is an online portal where supervisors can view and update job related information for their direct reports, including employees who are supervised by their direct reports.
Manager Self-Service is also available to department initiators/delegates through the Tulane Manager Self-Service – Delegated responsibility. This access allows a designee to view and update any employees within an assigned department.
Manager Self Service provides supervisors with job, position, and compensation information for their direct reports. You can view employment, salary data, or change an employee’s supervisor by clicking on the Manager Self-Service icon above.
To view your list, click MY LIST. If you do not have a list, you can search for a person as follows. In the NAME box, type the LAST name of the person and click GO. Once you see the search results, click on the Details Icon to view employment/salary data or click on the Actions Icon to make supervisory changes.
Tulane Manager Self-Service is automatically added to an employee’s access when they are assigned one or more direct reports in the HR system, Oracle HCM. If you have direct reports but do not have access, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
