As you progress through each module, you'll gain valuable insights, hone your abilities, interact with colleagues, and earn badges that showcase your growth and achievements.

Why Earn Badges?

Each MDP badge is a symbol of your commitment to personal and professional growth. As you collect badges, you'll build a portfolio of accomplishments that will help you stand out as a manager. You can add the badges to your LinkedIn, email signature, social media profiles, and website.

How It Works:

Explore the Modules: The Manager Development Program is divided into five modules that cover a range of topics. From Tulane operations, interpersonal skills, and leadership to self-care and career development, each module is designed to address the specific challenges faced by managers today. Attend live sessions or watch a recording later at your own pace. Dive into the supplemental resources provided for you to gain a deeper understanding of each topic.

Earn Your Badges: As you successfully complete each module, you'll earn badges to showcase your proficiency in the module topic. Our badges are digital, easily shareable, and can be displayed on your social profiles, LinkedIn, and even your email signature. Here is the criteria to earn a badge for each module:

Module I: Register for a live zoom session or review the self-paced training, complete the quiz, visit the supplemental resources checkpoint, and complete the feedback survey in each section.
Modules II, III, and IV: Register for a live zoom session or review the self-paced training, visit the supplemental resources checkpoint, and complete the feedback survey in each section.
Module V: TBA
