Calendar Year 2018 Staff Performance Reviews due by Feb. 28
Performance reviews offer you and your staff a great way to facilitate open, face-to-face communication to discuss your employee’s job performance over the past year and to identify ways your staff member can contribute to the University's success, as well as their own professional growth. A meaningful review is an important component of employee job satisfaction, engagement and retention.
The Staff Performance Review form is now available for managers to complete using the same online system as last year. The deadline to complete the process is Thursday, February 28.
