Open Enrollment 2020 Benefits Fairs This Week
Attend a benefits fair this week to talk to our benefits team, to meet our vendors or for assistance enrolling for your 2020 benefits. Can't make it? You can also view a recorded presentation from information sessions held last week, or view our MOST frequently asked open enrollment questions. As a reminder, you have now through November 8 to make your 2020 elections.
Benefits Fairs
If you need general assistance with your 2020 benefits enrollments or have questions about out plans, please attend a Benefits Fair this week to get in person assistance from both our benefits team and benefits vendors. Below are dates, locations and times of remaining benefit fairs.
- Wednesday, October 23: TNPRC Auditorium from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Thursday, October 24: LBC, 2nd Floor Kendall Cram Room from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Most Frequently Asked Open Enrollment Questions
As we go through open enrollment, we want to share answers to the MOST frequently asked questions we have received. This week:
- With the move to Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Louisiana, will we have coverage outside the state of LA?
- I am currently in the midst of a course of treatment with my current providers. How will that be handled with the switch to BCBS? (this can be either medical treatment or prescription drug treatment)
- Do I need to do anything in the remainder of 2019 to receive my wellness incentive for 2020?
