The purpose of the Learning and Organizational Development Department is to build a foundation for a learning culture by focusing on enhancing competencies and behaviors needed to support Tulane’s mission and key objectives.
Tuition waiver provides the opportunity for employees and their family members to continue their education at Tulane. Each semester, eligible employees and their eligible family members may receive exemption from tuition.
Performance reviews offer you and your manager a great way to facilitate open, face-to-face communication of the employee's job performance over the past year, identifying accomplishments, development opportunities and goal setting for the next year.
