Resolution & Restorative Engagement Program
The Resolution and Restorative Engagement (RRE) program provides a range of conflict resolution services to support employees in navigating workplace challenges. Through personalized and structured approaches, it helps individuals develop effective communication and resolution strategies. Services include individualized conflict coaching, shuttle negotiation—where a neutral third party facilitates communication between conflicting parties—and facilitated dialogues to encourage open discussions. Additionally, restorative conversations or circles promote understanding and healing, while mediation services assist in reaching mutually beneficial solutions. These resources are designed to foster a more inclusive, respectful, and productive work environment at Tulane University.
Investigation Process
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the Tulane community remains free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Tulane upholds a robust policy that unequivocally prohibits such behavior, reflecting our steadfast commitment to a respectful and safe environment for all. We strongly encourage students, staff, and faculty to report any concerns or allegations promptly so that appropriate action can be taken. Every report is carefully and thoroughly investigated by our experienced team, who are here to provide guidance, education, and support throughout the process. This approach underscores our unwavering commitment to maintaining a secure and respectful community.
