Compensation Analyst, Human Resources
Under minimal supervision, this job provides professional level support in the design and administration of Tulane's compensation practices, policies and programs including data preparation and analysis. This job also provides support and problem resolution to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers on compensation philosophy and practices.
PRN – Medical Office Assistant (non-certified), Tulane Doctors
The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical, clerical and administrative functions. Clinical duties include, but are not limited to, triaging patients, collecting medical information, recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse and weight), assisting providers during procedures, performing routine point of care testing (cholesterol and blood glucose testing) , obtaining insurance authorizations for procedures and EKG's. Additional responsibilities will include: scheduling patient appointments, faxing/scanning documents, pre-certifying services and procedures, maintaining the stock room and the physical environment of the exam and procedure rooms. The Medical Office Assistant will serve as floater between clerical and clinical staff as needed.
Senior Development Officer, Advancement, Major Gifts – School of Medicine
The Senior Development Officer, School of Medicine, is a professional fund-raising position reporting to the Senior Director of Development, School of Medicine. The position will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a targeted portfolio of major gift prospects with an emphasis on the School of Medicine's strategic priorities and objectives. The Senior Development Officer will work closely with School leadership such as the SOM Dean, the SOM Executive Faculty and departmental section chiefs. The position will also work closely with other departments within the Office of Development including Gift Planning, Stewardship, Corporate & Foundation Relations, and Development Services as well as Alumni Affairs and other external affairs departments throughout the University.
Sprinkler Irrigation Technician, Facilities Services
Repair and maintain campus irrigation systems. Operate equipment and perform other services in support of departmental activities. This is an Essential Personnel position which can require that the incumbent must report for duty and work through emergencies, and also can be designated by the supervisor as essential for the accomplishment of work, or for the completion of a critical task.
