The Tulane University School of Social Work is pleased to present Weekly Mindfulness Sessions every Monday and every Thursday from 12 to 12:30 pm CT, beginning Thursday, September 9, 2021.
These sessions are virtual and open to all Tulane University students, faculty, and staff to spend a quiet half an hour practicing mindfulness and meditation. Wherever you are, we hope you will join us in any of these sessions led by Stephanie Osborne, the CEO of Meditate New Orleans and the producer of Reclaiming the Goddess Within. Stephanie has studied meditation for over 25 years and has Guided Meditation for over 10 years.
