Recruiting for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
Recruitment is one of the most important and foundational steps of a search. An exceptional applicant pool is made up of qualified and diverse applicants.
The Institutional Equity team supports departments across the Tulane community in maintaining a diverse, highly qualified, and inclusive workforce. Staff Search Waivers
