The purpose of the Learning and Organizational Development Department is to build a foundation for a learning culture by focusing on enhancing competencies and behaviors needed to support Tulane’s mission and key objectives. By aligning our strategy with the university’s, we will position our employees to achieve key objectives by providing opportunities to obtain the skills needed for current challenges, while addressing the needs of the university into the future.
