Our Process

Input was captured in two phases. First, the L&OD team facilitated learning needs assessment sessions where participants were asked to share their learning needs, favored style, topical preferences, barriers to learning today and support needed from their supervisor. Leveraging this feedback, we crafted an online survey to send to all employees. The survey was structured to ask individuals to prioritize their immediate learning needs.
