Join us every Friday (excluding university holidays and the month of December) for an immersive experience designed to welcome you to the Tulane family.
What to Expect
- Warm Welcomes & Introductions: Start your day by getting to know your future colleagues and leaders.

- Exploring Our World: A closer look at the university's structure and your place within it.
- The Essentials: From HR information to navigating benefits, we've got you covered.
- A Little Extra, Lagniappe: Learn about some excellent perks of working at Tulane.
- Lunch & Splash Cards: Enjoy a complimentary lunch and receive your Splash Card.
- Post Lunch: Explore Tulane, Scavenger Hunt (participation is not mandatory).
Preparing for Orientation
- Parking: Register your vehicle after receiving an email from aimsparking@tulane.edu to get your free parking permit for the day of your Orientation.
- Bring Along: A pad and pen to take notes if you'd like.
Logistics to Note
- Timing: Kick-off at 8:45 AM, wrapping up by 1:30 PM.
- Location: Dive into your Tulane adventure in one of the ground-level classrooms at the Reily Student Recreation Center.
- Parking: A complimentary parking voucher will be emailed to you for your complimentary parking in the Diboll Garage.
- Meals: Enjoy a continental breakfast and a delightful lunch on us.
- Dress Code: Dressy casual attire is perfect for the day.
- Getting Here: Maps & directions will be provided to ensure a smooth arrival.
