Renee brings more than 20 years of experience overseeing Human Resources programs and services to Tulane. In her career, she has increased organizational effectiveness through implementing transformational programs across the full spectrum of HR. She created best-in-class workforce planning processes to forecast and achieve unprecedented growth, introduced innovative compensation and benefits programs to reward and retain talent and managed implementations of Human Resources Information Systems to gain efficiencies through automating transactional processes. Most recently she served as Principal, Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources for one of the largest global architectural and interior design firms based in the U.S.
Renee received a Bachelor of Arts in music from Centenary College of Louisiana, and a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of North Texas. Renee has acquired Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWR) certifications.
Renee is responsible for ensuring HR delivers high quality, innovative and effective Human Resources programs and services, with a sharp focus on customer service.
