We are currently conducting a needs analysis so that we can identify learning opportunities where employees can develop skills and knowledge. This includes an in-depth analysis of current learning programs, modifying them to better align with our needs and add programs where gaps have been identified. To ensure that programs meet your needs, it is important for us to solicit your input.
We will be hosting several learning needs assessment sessions at multiple locations throughout the campus. Join us for an engaging one hour session on a date and time that is convenient for you.
